  • Do you ask for a deposit to secure my appointment?
Yes, in most cases, you will be required to secure your appointment with a booking fee. The booking fee will be charged at 50% of the treatment plan. Failure to arrive at your appointment or cancelling with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in your booking fee being lost. Another booking fee will be required to secure subsequent appointments. If you are a member of our Dental Care Plan and you fail to show up or cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment, your failed appointment will count as one of the allocated appointments within your plan. If your plan's remaining allocated appointments are used up, subsequent appointments will be charged at the regular rate until your plan renews.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask that you provide us with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel your appointment. Appointments cancelled less than 48 hours or without any notice at all may incur a broken appointment fee. This will depend on the duration of the planned appointment. All appointments are secured with a booking fee which is 50% of the cost of your treatment plan. Deposits, booking fees and/or appointments included within your Dental Care Plan will be lost if patients fail to arrive at their appointment or cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice.
  • What is your policy on being late for an appointment?
Unfortunately, if you are late for your appointment, we may not be able to see you at your planned appointment time or rearrange for the same day. This will depend on how late you are, the nature/timing of your planned appointment and subsequent bookings and availability after your appointment. Of course, all appointments will be rearranged at the earliest possible appointment thereafter. A lost appointment fee may be charged if we are unable to fulfil your appointment due to lateness.
